When was the last time you sent or received a personal letter?

My guess is it doesn’t happen very often. Here at The Green Letters Initiative, we’re trying to change that. It’s our goal to revive the lost art of the letter and use it to bring hope and encouragement to those around us. And when we say hope, we’re talking about the ultimate form of hope that can only be found in Jesus.

The red letters

are the foundation for

The Green Letters

In the Bible when Jesus speaks, it’s the red letters - At The Green Letters Initiative, the red letters are the foundation of all that we communicate.  Green represents life and growth, and it’s our prayer that you’ll join us in breathing life into those around us by doing something as simple as writing a letter.

Someone needs to hear from you

I truly believe someone that you have direct influence with will be deeply impacted by your letter.

It will make a difference

God is faithful. If He puts someone on your heart to send a letter to, He will do the work that’s needed in their hearts.

Doing one “little” thing matters

Sending a letter may seem insignificant, but the little things do matter. God can use the seed you sow with your letter and grow it into something beautiful.

Hebrews 10:23-25

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
